Sony Alpha Blog
It is an excellent lens globally at at a reasonable price. It is matching the Sony 70-200mm F2.8 GM II (3000 euros) on most of the aspects (Build quality , ergonomics, color rendition, bokeh) for 40% less price. It is even better in term of stabilisation. It main weaknesses will be the weight & the AF for sports. Sharpness on 50/61 Mpix is also a little bit less excellent than the GM II.
