While the Viltrox 85STM is very reasonably priced ($379 USD), optically sound, and beautifully built, there will be some who will look at the additional $200 for the Sony FE 85mm F1.8 and consider it worth it. [...] It produces beautiful images, and, in many situations, the autofocus works very well.
